Volunteer: Angler Education: Fishing Report

Seeking anglers who frequent local rivers, streams, lakes and reservoirs! Volunteers will collect information on current fishing conditions of specific waters that may be used to write the weekly regional fishing reports. We are looking for information regarding access conditions, species targeted, bait/lures used, and any additional details that would be beneficial for anglers preparing for their fishing trip. Information will be posted on NDOW's Fishing & Stocking Report Database.

Volunteer: Archery Education: Basic Archery Instructor (BAI) Volunteers

This opportunity is for National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) certified Basic Archery Instructors (BAI) to log the hours they spend coaching their students in preparation for the NASP Tournament. This allows the Nevada Department of Wildlife to apply for in-kind match funds from the time you already spend teaching archery. Hours must be logged no later than 2 weeks from the date the activity was performed.
