Help us bring water to wildlife! Join NDOW and the Fraternity of the Desert Bighorn to build a guzzler in the Spotted Range. A guzzler is constructed to provide a reliable water source to wildlife. This build will be a helicopter build. All participants must be at least 12 years of age to board the helicopter. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. We will meet at the staging area then be transported via helicopter to the build site.
All tools and materials will be provided. We will be replacing tanks, installing a new drinker, and removing old material. Bring plenty of water, food/snacks, and work gloves. Dress in layers, as the weather can be cold in the morning and warm up in the afternoon. Wear comfortable work/hiking boots, layers, and clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
